Single Rack Mechanical Bar Screen

The single rack mechanical bar screen is automatic mechanical equipment specially designed for channels in wastewater treatment plant WWTP. The raw water filtration is carried out by an inclined wire rack collecting the waste. A single rake with teeth moved by a wire rope and gravity picks up the waste deposited on the screen. The waste is ejected by a scrapper at the top of the machine into a hopper then a dumpster. The single rack mechanical bar screen is fully automatic with timer Base Panel. Its Economic solution compare to the Multi rack Screen.

The Parabolic Screen operates based on the principle of mechanical filtration. Liquid containing suspended solids enters the parabolic screen, where the shape of the screen directs the flow of water. As the liquid flows across the parabolic surface, the solid particles are captured on the screen, and only the filtered water passes through the mesh or perforated surface.
