Vent Filter

Sanitary Stainless Steel Vent housing is air filter, tank breather, tank respirator, sanitary respirator, is widely used to protect the pure water and reaction solid liquids from direct contact with air that can cause pollution on account of the bacteria, dust and particles in the air. It is mainly used for the sterile water tank, ingredient tank, pharmaceutical equipment storage tanks, bioreactors, fermentation tank and other equipment related to the food, pharmaceutical industry. Filter housing material is 316L or 304 stainless steel, built-in micron filter cartridge which can remove the bacteria and dust in the air.

Features

The housing comes in 5″ to 30″ sizes to meet the needs of your application. The design provides a clean and easy way to provide filtered air into tanks as well as allows gasses to flow out.

The housing can support code 7 with 2-226 O-rings. It particulate bypass. The housing is sealed by the use of a tri-clamp that requires no special tools to open or close suitable for direct connection to tanks in various industries (high purity beverage, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, water treatment, alcohol beverage industry, etc) According to the material type, the vent filter can be designed with heating function.

Stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion protection for rugged, long-lasting service.

Allows for use of both DOE or SOE cartridges.

Mirror polish finish eliminates possible contamination which could leach into the process chemicals.
